Is this a live chat with a person?

No. It is an AI chatbot. When visitors need a human, they can use your configured handoff (email, phone, or contact page).

Does it work on any site?

Yes. Use the WordPress plugin when you are on WordPress, or paste the embed snippet on Shopify, Webflow, custom HTML, and most other sites.

How do I update the WordPress plugin?

Use WordPress Plugins → Updates when a new version is available, or download the latest zip from the portal. Embed snippet installs get launcher updates from the platform.
